Copyright Licensing or Artist’s Resale Right members can take advantage of our free Copyright Advice Service.

How we can help

We can provide advice and information on:
  • copyright infringement
  • your rights under UK copyright law
  • copyright clauses in contracts, including commission agreements

We are unable to:
  • provide advocacy, draft agreements or institute legal proceedings
  • offer advice on disputes or infringements of copyright that occurred prior to you becoming a member

Complete the enquiry form below and we’ll get back to you within 2 working days. If your message exceeds the maximum word limit of 1,000 words, please attach it as a Word document. Include any supporting documents.
