Bio
Simon Frederick, born in 1965 in London, UK, to Grenadian parents is a self-taught artist, photographer, filmmaker, and broadcaster.
His practice explores Black identity, cultural memory, and the aesthetics of representation, using portraiture and moving image to challenge and redefine mainstream narratives.
