There are are three ways you can claim Payback 2010
1. Claim online
- If your are new to Payback or did not claim last year then you will need to register your details and follow the instructions provided. Register for Payback 2010.
- If you claimed successfully last year you will receive your log-in details by post or email in the next two weeks with instructions about how to claim. You can then login at payback.dacs.org.uk
2. Complete a paper form
If you would prefer to complete a paper claim form, please contact us and we will send one to you. This can take up to two weeks due to high demand. Alternatively you can download a copy from the PDF menu on this page.
3. Claim through an agent
If you make your claim through an agent such as a picture library we now require signed authorisation from you. Please contact us for more information.

Our charges for this service:?
DACS takes a small administration charge on the Payback royalties collected on behalf of artists in order to cover the costs of running the service. Since 2008 this charge has been reduced from 25% to 22% in a continued effort to pay out even more to visual artists.
