Payback 2009 deadline has now officially passed.
The deadline was extended from 30 September to 9 October to allow for claim forms delayed by the ongoing postal strikes. Therefore we can only accept claim forms that have been posted before this deadline.
We cannot accept responsibility for forms that do not arrive at DACS and have always recommended that you use Special Delivery post if you are concerned about forms reaching us.
We will send you a confirmation letter to acknowledge receipt of your form within 14 days of its arrival at DACS.
