Did you make your previous claim on our old website?

We've recently updated the DACS website so it's even quicker and easier for you to make your annual claim. 

Unfortunately this means your old username and password won't work anymore, but don't worry, we've sent you some new ones. If you haven't received your new login details, please email us on payback@dacs.org.uk or call 020 7553 9099.

Once you've logged in to the new site, you won't need to re-enter previous claim information. You will need to check your personal information (including bank details) to ensure they are up to date.

You'll need to register as a new user if you forgot to claim Payback last year.

You may find it quicker and easier to make your claim online this year.

If you'd prefer to fill out a paper form, then please email us on payback@dacs.org.uk or call 020 7553 9099 with your address and we can send you a copy.
